Details are passed ephemerally to the Global Distribution System (Amadeus) for PNR creation. We utilize a "Hold First" model where bookings are manually reviewed before final ticketing.
The Agency is not liable for service interruptions caused by pandemics, natural disasters, or supplier insolvencies. Refundability are determined solely by the rules of the operating carrier. Service fees and membership dues are generally non-refundable.
